Correct, digital video.  I don't deal with QT (other than the shell for
DV) or AVI file formats.  If you want to do DVD burning, you'll have to
convert to 720x576.

I only deal with firewire DV stuff.

It still surprises me that the card can do 1:1 video capture.  So be it.
