i think the page/faq idea is definately a good one
but the email idea seems a litle after the fact
how do we get media folks to read the page *before* they make a
questionable comment?

I don't think that an email will make them think "oh, I made a mistake -
I'll have to issue a correction"?
It does happen, I admit, but very rarely relative to the number of
errors made
and usually the damage is done before any correction is published (often
in small print)..

we need to get them to look at these pages before they write their articles
perhpas it would help if we had a badge and a link to these pages on our
our sites

something that conveys "click here to learn all about videoblogging"
(different than freevlog of course, maybe videoblogging.info just needs
a more interesting badge)
