No, just some confusion.
You can choose between the 9-11th or the 16-18th weekends, the latter
will be focusing more on us the vloggers and not be some "promotion"
event for the media or whatever, during the IBC.
I would assume that the majority/all of the people flying in will be
there on the 16th (I know I will), as it will be more a social event,
like the vloggercues in the US.
At least that's how I see it.
