Using a demo version of LSP I modified Adrian's movie to take an audio
track. The audio track is *required* - if you don't want it use Adrian's
original, not my modified template.

The XML structure is changed to something more extensible (something I've
talked with Adrian about earlier). You can generate XML at: <URL:
http://www.solitude.dk/archives/QTXML/ >. I haven't tested that generator
on a Mac. If Safari doesn't work try Firefox (it works in Firefox on
Windows).
You will need to generate 2 "movie" tracks and 1 "audio" track. The audio
can be anything QT can play (from .mov to .mp3 and everything in between).
