My apologies for that last post. I was moving the order around and then pressed send b4 I wrote my part. My apologies for not making a new string. Maybe I should copy this whole thing and do that... Done. That was my point Michael. Jack's experience is typical of many podcasters. There is b4 iTunes 4.9 and after iTunes 4.9 in the history of podcasting. b4 it was a geek thing. Now it's a new medium that anyone can easily access. As for the HOW part. Michael has certainly provided among the best of tutorials. Plus he's so cute along with his girlfriend. But I digress... Not having a book yet, one does have to poke around the internet to figure out a lot of things. I am sort of an end user geek - not super tech savvy but willing to learn and experiment. When I first visited the FeedBurner™ (FB) <http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home> application for submission, I was totally intimidated by how long it is and how many of its options I didn't understand. I still feel that way even though I completed my first one last night. If I hadn't stumbled on a tutorial on how to get a feed URL from a free blog in the first place I would still be clueless. The base of experts out there communicates in such a way as to overlook the fundamentals (kindergarden) that precede beginning (grade school). I need more kindergarden when it comes to syndication details. Is there a FB application for submission tutorial somewhere? Does it explain all the feedburner options in depth? After completing my FB application, I submitted the resulting URL (below) to the iTunes Store. It's still not up there. How long does it take for them to release it after a submission? Moreover, how can I change what they put up so it looks different (the still graphic) and reads different (the title and description)? And I need a lot more information about how to integrate advertising from Google and affiliates like Amazon. Man that is a whole 'nother can of worms. But I think its well worth exploring if what I am doing is ever going to generate an income revenue stream. This is not a hobby for me. I am working toward this becoming the way I make my living. How can I access posts from before I joined the group last week? Or would some of you veterans mind re-post the greatest hits for those of us who are new since the end of June? Or even just the greatest hits of tutorial links would be very helpful. On Aug 13, 2005, at 8:12 AM, Jack Nelson wrote:
