Do you mean after you enter the metadata via the Properties data 
entry form?

Also will someone please tell me the diff between the MP4 and MP4 
(ISMA) option when you go into the compression settings via the MP4 
option before you press the Options... button for more detail?

And what about that 352 x 288 CIF option?
