I have thought the same. When I ran readthat.com I found the distribution quite tricky – was a pain asking for different formats and an even bigger pain converting them all etc.   When I created my magazine cover today (was really cool little app – you should try it!)  … http://stevenr2.blogspot.com/2005/08/vidyo-magazine-hits-news-stands.html   … I started to wonder whether any of you Flash whizzes would not be able to create a packed app that included the text, audio and any video in the same way. I.e. you point at resources and they are all included the result is a nice flash applet that can run in browser, pda and so on. Their software still has not been updated yet still may be the only multimedia eBook technology that works on both Win and Mac.
