Oh no. This was way back when the first Mac version was coming out. Before  
I even heard about a Windows version being in the works. So late 2004  
maybe. I just wondered what caused you guys to abandon the open source  
track and more for a more traditional track.

When I create software I usually go with the same license as you guys  
(by-nc-nd), so I'm certainly not faulting you for choosing the CC license  
over an open source one!

The Help -> About FireANT still says "All Rights Reserved" - if you're  
serious about the Creative Commons you should change that.

I'm sort of glad to hear that. If I had chosen top help out while you guys  
were talking open source and you later changed your mind I would've been  
pissed. So I'm glad it's a non-issue. :o)
