within the admin (dotclear/ecrire)
select Préférences / Preference / 5th Tab from the left.
change Langue/ language to English

If it doesn't work, select Outils/ Tools /6th tab from the left
then A propos de DotClear/ about Dotclear and check files and directories permissions.

The Domain Name is finally resolving.
 
I am comfortable with WordPress.
I would like to know your opinion about the best CMS/Blog for community vlogging.
