the first interactive vog was published on November 27, 2000, and can 
be found at <URL: 
http://hypertext.rmit.edu.au/vog/12.2000/27.11.00.html > it is simply 
a graphic track with a text track with embedded links in the text 
track (they're blue) which open urls when clicked on. The work is 
called 'welcome'.
