He probably wants higher compression due to the length of his content.
Its fair to say that it does make the compression requirements a
bigger issue for him.

He's only wrong if he is confusing his own needs and requirements with
the needs of other people, which may be true in this case, what
bitrate does blip.tvs safari recorder use anyway?
