Doh. Sorry if I mis-spoke. I wrote up a lil test page where I can enter a url and it returns the headers of that file or of the 302 behind it ... perhaps in my rush to check the MIME after hearing it as a possible cause I neglected to click the "follow 302" button I made...
I thought I was checking the 302 but its possible that I didn't. If I messed up, sorry for mis-speaking. I just saw 'text' and shouted Eureka.
