Hello k3, Most people are using blog publishing services or software on their own server, and that stuff tends to create the RSS feed automatically, so people arent manaully creating their own XML document, its done for them. Some blog hosting creates feeds that are not the right type, eg doesnt include the enclosure inforumation about the actual video files, so they use a service like feedburner to generate a suitable feed for them.
So the question is how you are hosting/publishing your stuff at the moment. Are you uploading a video file to your server and manually creating a xml file and uploading that too? Do you have a blog or content management system on your server? If you have no blog and no desire for one, and are just interessted in getting your stuff into itunes, then maybe manually updating your xml file is the easiest solution, in which case youve asked the right question in your email. But there may be easier ways depending on your circumstances.
