Brett, I've always heard that a lot of homeless or marginal street people are recruited to "play Santa", ring bells for the Salvation ARMY, etc.

I think there could be some great vlogging following someone who has virtually nothing, who then goes and listens to kids Christmas wishes.  I'm sure it is a mixed bag of spoiled brats and poor kids asking for the impossible (which would be touching).

What I want to try to capture (once I figure out where to go) are a bunch of Santa's perhaps getting out of their outfits and talking about their "Santa" jobs that day.  That would be fascinating.

This is Brett from etherworks.ca - For the past two days and several more, I'm teaching homeless people how to blog and videoblog.  We have wireless Internet inside a makeshift refuge camp we have installed in downtown Montreal.  Come check it out and leave some comments - these people need them.
