I don't understand what's wrong here. You have Premiere Pro and Vegas. I'm assuming you have the free quicktime installed - that's how you made a .mov file. Okay - .mov can have any one of a jillion codecs in it. MPEG4 is one choice. Check out the tutorials on Freevlog: http://freevlog.org/#compress These should do it unless you want you file to be compatible with the iPod. For that you'll need QT Pro so that you can access the AAC audio codec that the iPod requires. -Verdi
