I can transfer 3gp files (or any other kind) to my Nokia 7610 via 
Bluetooth with ease. I've not gone as far as automating this process, 
but I'm thinking with a bit of AppleScript it might be doable.

Last summer I demo'd Rocketboom on my phone for some co-workers.
