I had a real problem starting my videoblog because I promised myself
it would be out by a certain day and when I went to release it on
ourmedia or internet archives (my original plan), I found that my
files were too large. Since I wanted to put out a 10-minute show I
had to find an alternative.

I don't know much about VEOH, but as far as I can tell they do not do
hosting... first you have to create your video and upload it to a host
and once it's up you can start submitting your RSS feed to various
different sites like VEOH, mefeedia, vlogdir, iTunes, etc.

I'm not sure how much you know about the topic of videoblogging, but I
suggest you check out http://www.freevlog.org for instructions on how
exactly to set up a free videoblog.
