That's true--everything is duplicatable, one can only reduce the number of people who would take time to figure out how to copy.  Streaming flash is "safer" than progessive download flash, yes. But everything can be duplicated with a good flat monitor, camera with variable shutter and aperature, and minjack (speaker out) to minijack (mic line in) cable.
 
If this threads original author is concerned about their content being passed around and not receiving credit than what I recommend is to "tag" or "brand" one's videos with their logo or web url so everyone who sees their stuff (no matter who's hosting it) will know how to find them and see more of their stuff. That's how I found several great resources and vlogs. I write about it here and show samples:
