Seems like my post to the list might have made a difference; the video
was there when I posted my message earlier today. I'll look around and
see if they've removed all remnants of it, since more than one user
had uploaded the same video to the site. 

Meanwhile, this experience makes me wonder if any other of my videos
are on youtube. The only reason I knew about it was someone saw the
video and used my email address at the end of it to ask me a question.
It's entirely possible that more of my videos are there; either way, I
truly hope they consider revising their policy, since there's nothing
stopping any user from uploading one of your videos or mine without
ever informing us or following our CC licenses... -andy
