I have a PC running as a server up in my attic. It has the onboard Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900. The 950 is marginally better than the 900. It's original purpose wasnt to be a server however after seeing the performance of the video, that became it's destiny.
How OSX will utilize the intel chip is yet to be seen. Comparing XP or Vista to OSX is pointless as these are two different video rendering engines. I would say that the one thing the integrated intel video will have going for it in the new Mini is that it is pci-express and not AGP. Again, I am going to reserve judgement until I see some benchmarks. Further, I'll reserve my final judgement for when I head down to an Apple store and use one for myself.
