I was using the Videora iPod Converter (free) to convert my Windows Media video but had a few problems with a video's audio not synching up with the video properly. As a solution, I uploaded the .wmv to Google Video and not only was able to then download a perfect .mp4 version, but was also able to embed the Google Flash video on my blog!
