Yes this works well too. And much nicer than Youtube where they plant a big old logo in the corner of your screen. The other thing that is nice about it is that they make the flash versions directly from your feed so you don't have to re-upload your video to them. Also Blip.tv has a flash transcoding and embedding function too.
