Hey Monique, It sounds like you're having difficulty with the Flash versions of your videos. You can turn off Flash playback here: <http://www.blip.tv/prefs/flash/> and everything should go back to normal.
(The reason why this happens is that the Flash transcoding software we and everyone else use has problems with certain video formats.
