I tried using vPIP with two .swf files, which are now on my front page.
Neither seems to work and I'm wondering if you have any ideas, both are on my front page

1) Windows/IE: You click and there is a blank box
2) Windows&Apple/Mozilla: Nothing seems to happen.
3) Apple/Safari: The video plays gets bigger and plays in a blank page.
(Also, I'm wondering how Bill Streeter did the thing on his page where it seems to play the flash inside a player)

I can find the path to the cache folder, as you've indicated in the directions, but I'm not clear what I do then. Do I delete one of the folders within the cache folder or delete the content of one of the folders or what?
