I'm having trouble with the volume level when I record video on my Xacti HD 1A. With external mic volume set at the lowest level (1) and Noise Reduction on and Wind Reduction on, I still have volume clipping during a normal interview with another person, especially when I talk. Is there anything else I can try? I wonder if I received a defective unit.
