Ryanne and I just noticed this with Jay's new camera. He's not here so we
can't verify what settings he was using. I remember reading somewhere that,
for my Xacti C5 at least, turning on wind reduction when you didn't need it
could cause this problem.
So I'd start with turning both noise and wind reduction off and see if you
still have the problem.
