Welcome, Carlos. :) A lot of people have mentioned upgrading quicktime and programs becoming incompatible.... even iTunes. People can't see any of their video files, or maybe the videois colored blue... I'm running 7.1.3 right now, and I don't have any problems with it at all. It shouldn't have anything do do with Quicktime Pro. Reinstall the software that came with your camera, and if that doesn't work for you, see about reinstalling the older version of Quicktime that used to work for you. -- Bill C. http://ReelSolid.TV
