Very much so. I remember us discussing this a long time ago, I fear
little has changed in the interim!

creative commons do have this tool in their lab that may help:

But that will only help on the original blog/host, need the
attribution stuff to be a part of the creative commons rss thing
really. As far as I know that CC RSS stuff hasnt changed for a long
time, any takers on improving it? Oh blip.tv, can you come to the
rescue again? :)
