I predict you'll get a mixed response to that notion. And what happens
if its not a text ad? Fireant directory has text and non-text ads on
their site now, but only Michael Verdi commented on it in the past.

I know the whole 'what is commercial' is another sticking point, Im a
bit of a hardliner, if they are a company then they need to ask
permission and not assume the CC license can apply to them at all. 

Interesting to see where this leads
