Thanks Mike, That is strange. I encoded the .m4v quicktime files with the newest versions of Quicktime and iTunes installed so I would get the 640 x 480 file size.
What version of Quicktime do you have? What browser and platform do you use? I will see if I can't figure out what when wrong.
