To push the union metaphor to where it'll probably break, where are the YouTube videobloggers when it comes to CC, then, if they don't have a way to opt-in built-in? That scene is more like '68 style Situationist student uprising than any worker's factory floor. There's room for coooperation there, though, in facing the corporate heads.
