Does iTunes aggregate? I believe the last time this came up, the response was that people in the iTunes podcast directory ASKED to be in it. In fact, I had to _apply_ and then wait three days before my podacast was 'approved'.
This is different from someone grabbing your feed and acting like you sent your material in to them. If iTunes is now grabbing people's feeds now and acting like they applied, then I agree with you.
