I can't help but recommend that you should host your own domain and videos. It can be cheap and offer many benefits.
For under $10, Dreamhost offers over 1.8TB per month with weekly increases. That is way more bandwidth than most vloggers will need, and it can withstand a Digg day. The biggest advatage is in owning your domain and ensuring that your links are preserved in the location you expect. Basically, you are have more control. Of course, you can continue to upload your QT files to the networks (blip, youtube, etc) to get the added value of various formats and promotion. Oh, another option is LibSyn, which limits storage but offers unlimited bandwidth.
