We have a Guide to HD videoblogs:

You can either put that Guide's RSS into iTunes, or you could 
subscribe to these feeds (you have to Join Mefeedia first) and put 
your "My Channel"/queue into iTunes. I'm interested to see what 
support the new Apple TV has for HD content...
