hey beth--

i like the idea of a videoblog showing "slow travel".
i assume i got to fly everywhere, but id like to be convinced otherwise.

youve been on this list enough to know that you got to do it yourself.
make a blog for the project, shoot and edit the videos, commit to a
schedule, raise money from the community.

In the end, im sure youll even have enough for a documentary...but
thats really out of the scope of this group. i think many of like NOT
having to think of long works. we'd never get anything done.

I encourage you to check out our new project: showinabox.tv
Sounds like your project is perfect.
we're pimping out a wordpress theme, plus customized plugins, to help
creators get help to do ambitious videoblogging projects.

The big highlight of the project will be the new Pledge Drive that
will let you set a monthly financial goal youll need during your
production. People can then use Paypal to pledge money in a one-time
payment or automatic monthly payments. We've been using an initial
version of it here:
http://havemoneywillvlog.com/2007/02/06/lives-in-focus-family-life-behind-bars

anyway...im a big believer in momentum and just getting started.
a little each day and youll do it.
feel free to join our list: http://groups.google.com/group/show-in-a-box
