Ah, no - maybe Perian only allows you to play FLVs in QT, not save them.

I don't know because I'm lucky enough to have a full version of
Flash, so I can use the video converter that comes with that... but
if the option isn't there for exporting to FLV with Perian installed,
then try:
http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder

I haven't used this, I just googled FLV encoder and this was the
first thing that came up. Appears to be a free tool with full range
of customisable settings - almost certainly built on FFMPEG, which is
a basic open source transcoding tool. NB, use the link in the text
to download just the free FLV encoder, don't click the link at bottom
right which is for a free 30 day trial for the full Riva package.

Glad you asked, it's useful to have found this, for telling other
people who don't have full Flash Pro.

Cheers,
Rupert

Rupert, Adrian...
OK, so I stayed up to dl perian, Installed it, no problems.

I'm trying to export, and cannot find an FLV export option.

Is it FLC? I feel a bit slow...

Thanks again for the help.
