Yes, Tony Katz told me about this problem. Deleting the files off the Xacti drive when connected to a computer does not delete them -- they're still there (I think invisible.) You should only copy the files to your computer. Then delete them from the menu in XActi. This may apply only to the earlier versions of XActi, I have the C40.
