thanks for the offer Lori :) I don't live in the US though & have only been there once on a holiday. I'll ask around, but can't promise anything - I know a few drupal devs/admins who've worked on community sites, but I don't know any joomla admins (though there are thousands out there!)
maybe there's others on the list who could help out. your site is good - easy to navigate and find info. so I think if u can do that, the cms will be a breeze for u!
