Hi Irene, have you tried contacting Revver's support team about this?
 You'll usually get a response same-day from a real person, not an
auto-response.  We're here to help, but need a bit more info, so if
this is still occurring I'd recommend sending details (which grab code
you're using, what platform your site sits on etc.) to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
