I totally agree that the MacMini is better for 60-inch TV watching than the AppleTV (I own both and wish I never had purchased an AppleTV).

For instance you should be able to browse for new content from your couch, you can't you need to add the content to another computer in your house to get it to your TV. Thats the main issue I've had with it. It would also be cool if they added a YouTube widget to it (a la the iphone) so you can browse and watch that stuff from your couch too. One behavior they must have overlooked when they were designing this was the channel surfing mentality--thats the main way most people have learned to look for new video content over the years--kicked back, on the couch, flipping channels. Until someone comes up with something that is as good as that for internet video, they will fail.
