The short answer.... yes... I believe there should be absolutely no criminalization due to Marijuana.
Long answer.... I'm against the criminalization of Marijuana. And I see Marijuanas as being no different than Alcohol or Cigarettes. If you believe in personal liberty, then you cannot consider any kind of "victim-less crime" to be an instance where something wrong was done. In fact, if you believe in personal liberty, then the enforcement of any "victim-less crime" is a wrong act. Of course... you don't have to think this way. (I.e., you don't have to believe in liberty.) But if you do, then usage (or non-usage) of it is up to each person.... it's a personal decision. And addiction to any of those substances is a medical issue. And should never result in jail time. To be frank... I'm all for decriminalizing Marijuana... besides the issue of liberty and freedom... I believe that the main reason people are being murdered so much because Marijuana sale and grow-ups is a result of its criminalization. Consider Alcohol. How many people do you see getting murdered over the sale or production of Alcohol. (Basically zero!) Now look at how things were with Alcohol during the prohibition period.... it quite similar to how it is with Marijuana now.
