Not when you don't care about outdated laws. There are people in Texas practicing sodomy right now, and I don't think they're worried about its legality. But yeah I should rephrase that. Copyrights are an issue, because they make it hard to get the source footage. What I'm going to do with it will fall under Fair Use.
