The only settings I need to change are the "Quality" settings under the "Video" tab. I use the "Avg Bitrate" settings to set a fixed quality rate. You might need the "Target Size" option. I sometimes tick the "2-Pass Encoding" box to get better quality, but it takes twice as long. I don't touch the audio or any other video settings. Dave.
