Hi All,

Can any help me on this one?

I need to find the media rights to Mery per Sempre and this was the
information I was given by the requestor:

I have been searching to find who owns the media rights of this film.
My searching continually brought up 'Cinevista Video.' From what I saw
online, this company was run by a staff of 2 in Florida

<http://www.cinevistainc.visualnet.com/> ), mainly by a Rene
Fuentes-Chao. I've searched but couldn't find an email contact listed
anywhere and I tried the phone number but it said it had been
disconnected. Oddly enough, I also found an obituary listing for a
Rene Fuentes-Chao who passed in August of 2009,
http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/sunsentinel/obituary.aspx?n=rene-fuente
s-chao&pid=132226080
<http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/sunsentinel/obituary.aspx?n=rene-fuent
es-chao&pid=132226080> , maybe not a coincidence as to lack of
contact/outdated info?

Do you have any ideas about who might have the rights? Thanks for any
help you can give.

So any help would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks!

Chris McN

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
