2004 through New Yorker films and I see it included in their catalog up
through 2009.

                Most likely owned by the director Mario Van Peebles. You
might see if
                either the Directors Guild or Screen Actors Guild ( he
would be a
                member of both) can give you office or agent contact.
Sony handled the
                DVD release so someone would there would have contact
info but I would
                not hold your breath on getting it.
