America - The War Years 1941-45 (5 Tape Set) [VHS] (VHS Tape - 2000) is still around. An interesting mish-mash of newsreels and other actuality stuff. World War II Homefront is a 2 DVD set that has patriotic shorts done by Hollywood stars The Uncle Sam Movie Collection (particularly Volume 4) is a cool collection of propaganda, newsreels, training/education films related to the War at home. Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter is around on DVD from Clarity Films http://www.clarityfilms.org/ > I am looking for videos that I can actually acquire from original or > legitimate sources (I am not allowed to buy from independent sellers on > Amazon) on the home front during World War II and on the Haymarket riot. > I have looked at PBS, History Channel, Amazon, and Baker & Taylor. > Although I can find titles (thank you Gary for your excellent > mediagraphies), I can't seem to find available titles to order.
