Well, it's only available on VHS but

America - The War Years 1941-45 (5 Tape Set) [VHS] (VHS Tape - 2000)

is still around.  An interesting mish-mash of newsreels and other
actuality stuff.

World War II Homefront is a 2 DVD set that has patriotic shorts done by
Hollywood stars

The Uncle Sam Movie Collection (particularly Volume 4) is a cool
collection of propaganda, newsreels, training/education films related to
the War at home.

Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter is around on DVD from Clarity Films
