Hi Marynelle What does your faculty mean by "leadership", I wonder. For eg, moral leadership/courage (e.g. Michael Clayton?) or more obvious political, corporate, etc.
For politics, see http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/MRC/politicalmovies.html For corporate see http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/MRC/corporationsmovies.html for some possibilities There are also dozens of war films that mythologize war leadership and/or "grace under fire": for eg Kubrick's Path's of Glory; Howard Hawk's Sergeant York, Nick Ray's Flying Leathernecks, etc etc etc. (check out http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/MRC/Warfilm.html) gary handman > I have a faculty member who is looking for feature films of the last > decade (or two) that exemplify leadership.
