They used to have a US rep named Stuart Lessel (?) in LA and I hate to burst your bubble or jump to conclusions but Studio Canal is almost surely one of those if you have to ask you can't afford it places. Their standard fee for venues to show a current film is 500 Euros per show according to several of my customers. They are also not likely to be friendly to the idea of 16mm print being licensed.
