Hi All,

Our library is thinking about going to a flat fee for replacement fees for lost 
videos but we're not sure if we should do that, and if we did what that fee 
would be.  When your patrons lose videos, do you have a standard replacement 
fee for those or do you look up what the going rate is title by title?  And if 
you wouldn't mind, could you share (off-list if necessary) what your 
replacement fee is?
