I can't access this but it is important to remember that the UCLA case was
dismissed on what are basically technical grounds involving "standing" and
the actual license that Ambrose had issued. Keep in mind no other company
whose work had been streamed was a party to the case. Bottom line is that
it did not really decide anything regarding copyright or "fair use" and
ironically is nearly a 180 degrees different from the GSU case which ruled
that anymore than 10% of a work ( yes books but copyright and "fair use" do
not change by format on this kind of issue).
